The series of wakayama hot melt packaging machines are equipped with electronic constant temperature control and stepless speed regulation transmission system,wakayama which has the of automatic continuous sealing, color coding date, and one-time completion. It can be used horizontally and vertically. It is used for sealing and bag making of single-layer film various composite films. It is widely used in wakayama food, pharmaceutical, seed, chemical, and light industry departments.

Main and working principle

1. The wakayama machine consists of a frame, a speed reduction and speed regulation transmission mechanism, a heating and cooling mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, aying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.

2. After the power supply of the hot melt packaging machine is connected, each mechanism starts to work. The electrical element is powered on and heated, which makes the upper and lower heating blocks rapidly heat up and adjust to the required temperature through the control system; the pressure wheel rotates; the system is started according to the need; the conveyor belt is sent for wakayama rotation and adjusted to the required speed by the speed regulation device.

3. When the packaging with is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed into the two sealing belts that are running and brought into the heating area. The heat of the block is transmitted to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt, which makes the film heat and soften. Then it passes through the cooling area, which makes the surface temperature the film drop appropriately. Then it passes through the embossing wheel (or printing wheel) and rolls to make the sealing part of the upper and lower plastic films adhere and out a mesh pattern (or print a wakayama logo). Then the sealed packaging bag is sent out of the machine by the guide rubber belt and the conveyor belt, and the sealing is completed.

Features: The machine uses steel seal to print clear and firm, and the wakayama printing can choose 1-2 rows, and choose different colors.
